The problem
Crews move between client sites. Paper registers left the office piecing together who attended, where, and for how many hours.
What I found
A morning punch proves little when people move between sites. The office needed evidence of where people worked, not just when.
Key decisions
- Checked against the site
- A check-in is compared with the site's GPS boundary, and presence checks during the shift add more evidence.
- Same record to payroll
- Attendance, hours and payroll review share one workflow.
- Three languages
- English, Hindi and Tamil, the languages the crews speak.
- Honest about limits
- The checks support verification. They don't pretend false attendance is impossible.

- Next.js admin, a Hono API on Cloudflare with D1, Better Auth, and Flutter apps for Android and iOS. Separate staging and production.
